Mr. S.K. Sikka completed his M.A. in Economics and Public Administration from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur in 1959. He furthered his education with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from the University of Athens, Georgia, where he was honored as a Rotary International scholar.
Beginning his career as a Management Trainee at Weyerhaeuser Company’s Pulp Division in Longview, Washington, USA, Mr. Sikka swiftly rose to become the youngest Far Eastern Manager. During his tenure at Weyerhaeuser, he also earned a certificate in Pulp & Paper Technology from Lower Columbia College, Longview, Washington, USA.
He has served as Chairman of a distinguished nationalized bank, hailing from a family of notable achievements—his father a Chief Engineer and gold medalist, and his brothers holding influential positions in government and public enterprises. Known for his active involvement in high-profile political and business circles, he is also recognized as the first Paul Harris couple in India, an engaged Rotarian, and a committed philanthropist.
He has since made significant contributions to the Indian Power and Pulp & Paper industries through his association with some of the world’s largest plant and well known machinery manufacturers.
As Chairman, Mr. S.K. Sikka has traveled extensively with FICCI and has been integral to several Joint Business Councils (JBCs). He has been a key member of delegations led by several Indian Prime Ministers, providing invaluable insights and fostering strong relationships. He is renowned as a pioneering figure in engineering and consulting services, particularly within the Paper and Power sectors in India. Siddharth, a commerce graduate with a business education from India has been immersed in international business from a young age. Accompanying his father on numerous government and business delegations worldwide, he gained invaluable professional experience and honed innovative marketing skills.
As the Managing Director of Link Engineers, a prestigious family-owned enterprise based in Delhi, Siddharth has led the company for over five decades in the Pulp & Paper and Power sectors. His entrepreneurial vision has earned him recognition as a young business leader, receiving accolades such as the Bharat Shiromani and Bharat Samman awards. Guided by his father’s mentorship, Siddharth drives LINK’s ambitious growth strategies with the support of global associates, partners, and exclusive representatives.

Expanding LINK’s horizon into India’s burgeoning Media and Entertainment sector was a natural progression for Siddharth. He envisions Delhi as a thriving hub alongside Mumbai, capitalizing on growing opportunities and breaking social taboos. His goal is to establish a comprehensive hub for Pre-production, Production, and Post-production services across North India, shaping the future of Media and Entertainment.

Born on December 18th, 1946, in Lahore, Chander Prabha Sikka hails from a distinguished family background, with her father serving as a renowned Chief Engineer (Mechanical). She graduated from the Institute of Home Economics with a degree in Home Science and subsequently completed a Teachers Training Program at the same institute.
Known for her active involvement in social causes, Chander Prabha has held leadership positions including President of the Inner Wheel Club. She championed women’s rights against societal discrimination and achieved victory in the Delhi High Court.
She made history as the first woman Rotarian in the Asia Pacific region and the second worldwide.
With extensive international travel, Chander Prabha has cultivated strong relationships with LE’s principals across the globe. She has visited numerous Paper Mills both in India and abroad, fostering personal connections with key stakeholders within our customer base in India.
Bringing a wealth of firsthand experience and expertise, Chander Prabha oversees the company’s finance function and maintains a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our business operations.
